Jeff grew up in Maine and graduated from Yarmouth High School. He attended the University of Southern Maine for his undergraduate degree, and also played hockey for the university from 1991-1994. Each season he played for the team, he won the William B. Wise scholar athlete award. He graduated from USM Magma Cum Laude with a BA in Economics. In 1996, Jeff earned his CPA and worked for Berry, Dunn, McNeil and Parker prior to purchasing Coastal Management in 2000. In 2005, he purchased Turner Barker Management and formed Foreside Real Estate Management into the company it is today. Jeff provides hands on, knowledgeable service to our clients, working as a condominium property manager as well as overseeing all aspects of the company. He is able to meet the needs of his properties Board of Directors and owners as well as help his staff do the same for theirs. Though he works hard to provide the best business to his clients, when he has a chance to take some time off, you can find him skiing on the slopes in the winter, enjoying a sunny day on his boat or out on the golf course. jeff@foresidemanagement.com

Naomi is the Chief Financial Officer and has been with Foreside for 23 years. She oversees Association and Apartment banking, bill payments, cash receipts and financial reporting. It is her goal to work with the Owners and the Property Manager to effectively manage all financial issues for our clients. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. She lives in Gardiner and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children when she is not at work. naomi@foresidemanagement.com

Terri has many years of managerial experience in various areas of business. The initial twenty years of her career were dedicated to the insurance industry. She held a variety of roles in the field of medicine, which provided the necessary skills for a seamless transition into Terri’s next career opportunity. For the following several years she managed an office that provided medical equipment to in-home patients. Terri was responsible for all aspects of the business including hiring, firing, ordering medical products and office supplies, delivery schedules, training staff, conducting staff meetings and performance reviews, allocating bonus funds, approval of payroll, and team building exercises. During that phase of her employment, she enjoyed engaging the staff in friendly office competitions to promote meeting company objectives! Success was realized using this strategy. Exceeding the metrics was advantageous to all employees, as doing so prompted incentives and boosted morale.

Terri came to Foreside with a passion for Real Estate, a genuine interest in the industry, and the experience and motivation to meet the demands of the position!

On a more personal note, Terri is a wife and mother. She loves spending time with her family and experiencing new places and things. Traveling is her favorite! Music is a must! She also appreciates and indulges in the occasional fine wine and a good movie or book (James Patterson is her favorite author).

Donald has a vast background in hospitality management, being in the field for 10+ years. He has currently made the switch to Foreside Property Management after finding his passion for condo management in his past roles. Donald spent his childhood in Kennebunk port where he grew up with a love for the ocean. He recently bought a house and moved to Hollis with his partner. In his spare time, you can find him in the woods four wheeling, or on the lake enjoying time with friends and family. He also enjoys DIY projects around the house, tending to his chickens, and gardening.

Peter has called Maine home for the last fourteen years. He has long ties to the state, his family has summered in the mid-coast area for most of his life. After attending Hartwick College in Oneonta NY. Peter moved back to the Boston area working in the graphics arts industry before transitioning to commercial real estate brokerage.

After falling in love with the woman who would later become his wife, Peter made the move to Maine and began working in property management, first as a commercial leasing manager and now as a Property Manager. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog exploring Casco Bay and all that Maine has to offer.

Megan is a Maine native who grew up in Wilton, Maine. She went to the University of Southern Maine where she earned a bachelor's degree in marketing. After graduation, Megan moved to Portland and began working at a local bank. She enjoyed working with financials, and in August of 2018 she accepted a position in Foreside Management’s Accounting Department. In February 2022, Megan was promoted to Condominium Property Manager. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and she participates in many outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, and running.

Ellison grew up on a lake in the Northwoods Wisconsin but has deep roots in New England. She attended the University of Wisconsin and during her senior year was a campaign field coordinator for the successful re-election of one of Wisconsin’s US Senators. Upon graduating with a degree in political science, Ellison moved to Washington DC and worked in the US Senate as a legislative aide for 6 years. Needing a new challenge, Ellison transitioned from the world of politics to help build and manage a small chain of children’s boutiques based in Washington DC area. After years in DC, Ellison’s New England roots pulled her to Maine and a new career in property management. Ellison truly enjoys working with homeowners and will use years of customer service and operations management to solve problems and craft plans to help efficiently run her associations. In her free time, Ellison loves to explore the Maine coast and lakes in her kayak or take the road less travelled to discover all the beauty her new home state has to offer.

Emily is a native of Connecticut but has routes all throughout New England. She has since traded in her nutmeg status for the pine tree state ten years ago where she attended University of Southern Maine to finish her degree in Environmental Planning and Policy. She then found her way into banking where she obtained her NMLS and was a top lender in her region last year. She joined Foreside in 2023 and has already had a positive impact on her associations. Emily really enjoys incorporating her knowledge of native plants, animals, and landscapes into her associations to foster a great living space for all. In her time off Emily likes to travel, see her family, head to the beach, go boating and hiking. In the winter she likes to go skiing at Sunday River.

Heidi is a Maine native who grew up in Westbrook. She went to Rivier College and University of Southern Maine. She has over 35 years in customer service, 22 of them in property management with rentals, military housing, timeshare resort, student housing and condominium associations. She has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) with Community Associations Institute. She joined our team in September 2023 as a hybrid manager for Apartments and Condos. In her spare time, Heidi enjoys being a mom to her teenage daughter, watching her play local and travel volleyball, taking scenic drives with her Bernese Mountain Dog, and checking out the local restaurants and hot spots with friends and family. - hespey@foresidemanagement.com

Tammy is a Senior Property Manager with Foreside Real Estate Management. She comes to us with over 30 years of experience. Tammy spent the first 15 years of her career in property management which she enjoyed from 1999 to 2009. After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2014, Tammy was led into the field of Social Work. Continuing her education in Social Services, Tammy chose to obtain a Master’s degree in Human Service/Social Work in 2020, while she worked as an Area Director for Social Services agency. Tammy is originally from MS but has enjoyed the last 10 years traveling to different states with her husband, while he was on active duty with the US Army. Tammy’s husband is now a Retired Army Staff Sargent. After her husband retired, he was offered a position with Texas Instruments which relocated them to Maine. Tammy then realized Property Management was a love for her and returned to the field. Tammy has worked the last year as a Regional Property Manager overseeing and managing over 384 units, from Windham, ME to Sanford, ME, to include HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, Tax Credit and HOME. Tammy has a passion for Property Management, helping others and excelling in her role as Senior Property Manager. In her free time, Tammy loves gardening, shopping, and cooking.

Ana joined Foreside Real Estate Management in March of 2021 with over 22 years of property management experience. Ana has made it her goal to learn every aspect of the Multifamily world form the Southwest to New England. Working her way from Leasing Consultant to Property Manager, and finally onto her current role as Director of Property Manager – Housing Division at Foreside Real Estate Management. She has knowledge with lease-ups, rehab projects, acquisitions, and distressed assets. On her free time, Ana enjoys exploring beautiful Maine with her two children.

Adam is a Maine native originally from Boothbay, Maine. After spending two years at Saint Joseph’s College in Windham, ME, he transferred to the University of Southern Maine where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. Adam also has an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the real estate game and has exploited his various talents and communication skills at Foreside Management. Adam is an avid golfer and overall sports enthusiast who also enjoys watching movies/documentaries, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and family.

Anna is originally from New Hampshire, growing up she spent many summers vacationing here with her family. She fell in love with the Maine way of life and made the transition to being a permanent resident in 2017. Anna joined our team 2 years ago and has since worked her way from Assistant Property Manager to an Affordable Housing Property Manager in that time. Anna has a strong passion for helping others which has helped her continue to excel in her role here at Foreside Management.

Karyn has lived in Maine for most of her life and has a passion for helping people. Karyn has been with the company for over a year and works alongside the Director of Maintenance in the maintenance department. She coordinates with various vendors for ordering materials, and scheduling deliveries. Karyn does the billing and does the daily scheduling for the technicians. Karyn is always available to assist the property managers, assistants, and her crew. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and spending as much time as possible on the lake or the ocean. Extension 235
