Jeff purchased Coastal Management in 1999 from Kathleen Roberts. Coastal has been a successful property management company since 1985. In 2006 he purchased TBR Management and formed Foreside Real Estate Management Inc.. Jeff has earned a degree in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and his CPA in 1996. Jeff worked for Berry, Dunn, McNeil and Parker as a public accountant. Jeff enjoys playing dodgeball, downhill skiing and golf.
Naomi has been the Accounting Manager with Foreside Management for the past 11 years. She oversees Association and Apartment banking, bill payments, cash receipts and financial reporting. It is her goal to work with the Owners and the Property Manager to effectively manage all financial issues for our clients. She has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine. She live in Gardiner and enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children when she is not at work.
Nick McGee- Condominium Property Manager, Ext. 209
A graduate of Providence College in 2001 with a BA in History and Political Science, Nick went on to work for the town of Lincoln, RI, where he worked with the Planning Department and the Mayor’s Office. Nick then went on to spend a year in Manhattan working in insurance arbitration. Nick returned to Maine in 2003, and spent four years working at a local law firm, first as a paralegal, then as the manager. He recently obtained a real estate license and has been very active in local politics. He has served as the Chairman of the Portland Republican City Committee and is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Cumberland County Republican Committee. He served a three year term as a board member of Northwood Condominiums and knows very well the responsibilities and difficulties that board members face. Nick looks forward to helping your association and its residents maintain, improve and protect your largest investment – your home. Nick enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
Shannon has recently joined Foreside as a manager of our Apartment division. Shannon has currently been acting as our leasing specialist.
Trish works closely with Nick and Jeff to assist in all manners of property management. Trish is currently learning the ropes to be the Property Manager for one of our smaller condominiums. Trish graduated from Southern Maine Community College with a degree in Liberal Arts. Trish has quite an extensive education in the medical field, but finds the office setting more fitting for her organizational skills. Moving into our new office and organizing the supply closet was a highlight for Trish. Trish is enthusiastic about the elderly community and when she has time, works as a Personal Care Assistant for the elderly. Trish enjoys riding her bike and live music including moe. and The Brew.
Christina is one of the newest members at Foreside and is handling our administrative needs. Christina graduated from the University of Vermont in 2008 with a BA in Community Development and Applied Economics, with a focus in Resource Entrepreneurship. Christina worked for a small law firm in Burlington, Vermont, for three years as a office manager and paralegal before moving to Portland, Maine. Christina enjoys cooking, animals and horseback riding.
Chris has been the accounting clerk at Foreside Management for over two years. Her primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: receiving, posting and depositing owner and tenant checks; entering property invoices for payment; sending out checks to vendors; balancing bank statements; printing out financial reports for the condo associations, and generally assisting the Accounting Manager. Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from the University of Southern Maine. Chris and her wonderful husband live in the middle of a pasture in Cumberland, and although they are both from "away," they most certainly feel like native Mainers. Chris spends as much time as possible with their four grown children, their spouses, and (almost) nine terrific grandchildren. Oh, and she could eat Mexican food for every meal!
Perry Wiers is the Maintenance manager here at Foreside Real Estate Management. When asked what his top priorities are, Perry answered with; customer satisfaction, keeping his techs working as much as possible, and standing behind the work that gets done. Perry manages five full time technicians. They meet every Monday and Friday mornings to discuss the weekly duties. Perry distributes work according to location and time/budget allotted, as well as the range of skills the team possesses. Perry has 15 years in constriction covering a wide range of skills from the foundation up. Perry’s most memorable projects are the projects with new home owners. He finds that they are most eager to learn, and willing to work together with the builders. Perry enjoys doing trim work and custom cabinetry because they are the first thing people notice.

Mike Maldonado -Maintenance Technician
Mike Maldonado is the jack of all trades, siding to sheetrock. Mike is the Assistant Maintenance Manager. “Mike is the man I send to figure things out. He can always find the answer!” Say’s Perry. That is a very fitting statement for Mike, as his favorite part about working as a maintenance man is the problem solving aspect. He has vast experience regarding home maintenance which allows him to problem solve any situation he may encounter. Mike has been problem solving at Foreside Management for almost two years. He works closely with Perry, and is on sight bidding on the majority of the estimates for the Foreside Maintenance department. Mike is currently holding a Foster Parents License here in Maine, he is the Foster parent for his four year old granddaughter whom he loves spending time with.
Don York -Maintenance Technician
Don York is Perry’s go to guy! Don is a Master Baker and has been baking since he was six. Don started baking with his Father and ran his first Bakery at the age of 16. He “was making more money then his school teachers!” Decorating cakes is Dons favorite part in the kitchen. Don has been working for Foreside Management for the past three years. According to our maintenance manger, Perry, Don has displayed a varying range of experience in detailed finishing work as he is also an excellent people person. Don had the opportunity to work together with his brother on many projects while in business together. They framed houses, installed heating systems, put on roofs and siding, solved pluming issues, and even some electrical work. In the last six months Dons is most proud of the 600 square foot Cherry Hard Wood floor that he installed.

Dale Wilcox -Maintenance Technician
For ten years previously, Dale Wilcox worked for L.L.Bean. Dale has been working for Foreside Management in the maintenance department for the majority of the last year. Dale enjoys his job here at Foreside Management because of the diverse tasks he comes across. Dale is very diligent. He is very thorough with every job from painting ceilings to replacing doors. He prefers a job that he can see through, all the way from start to finish. He spends all of his free time with his two children, a 16 year old boy and a 17 year old girl. They enjoy playing soccer, biking, hiking, and kayaking.
Shawn Sualle -Maintenance Technician
Shawn Sualle works in the Maintenance Department. Shawn graduated from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. He enjoys working on small engines like motorcycles, lawnmowers, and snow blowers. He is the youngest of the Maintenance crew, and the most agile. He is the technician Perry sends into crawlspaces, on top of roofs and high exertion projects. He is the most eager to learn according to Perry. Shawn has finished projects including ceiling painting, kitchen and bathroom remodeling and complete tile floors. Shawn goes home to his family each night to play board games, watch movies or help with nightly homework.
George Keniston -Maintenance Technician
George Keniston has been in the building industry for over 20 years. During that time, has worked as a general carpenter with a focus on finish work. Here at Foreside being outside in the summertime, and inside in the winter time is what he appreciates most. George just finished a beautiful outside deck in the sunshine! He says that fixing a leak is his favorite problem to solve. In his spare time George enjoys fly fishing, listening to good music, and kayaking.
